Great photos of the South island. I love that South West area. What did you think of the Homer tunnel???? did you see the disappearing mountain on the way to Milford sound. As you drive towards it it just disappears. The weather looks pretty good, it can be iffy down there, it must be starting to get cold is it? you seem to be getting aroung alright, and thats only the South Island. Be careful of those Keas, the little buggers are very cheeky and will steal anything, including the windscreen rubber from your car or the rear view mirrors. Barbs brother in law was in the NZ army down there and a kea actually got off with a full sized hammer, so if they want it they just take it. It certainly seems like a trip of a lifetime. hope you are enjoying yourself. see you soon.
